Free delivery: We set up your free delivery the day of purchase (in the case of in stock merchandise / special order deliveries are arranged when your merchandise comes in). We will follow up with a phone call the business day or two before as a reminder that we are coming and for more specific directions: where you are located, a number to call in advance, and/or any special instructions. Because of the distance between our deliveries we can not give specific times as to arrival, though we will be able to tell you which “stop” you are in the sequence of deliveries.
Special Orders: Special orders are welcome!. We do of lot of business in custom orders. A 10% nonrefundable deposit is required.
Warranties: We honor all of the manufacturer’s warranties on the products we carry. Service calls are free the first year after which a charge to cover expense is necessary.
